Open redirect via injectable meta-tag parameters

Open redirect in Artesãos SEOTools 0.17.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to redirect users through crafted title input. SEOMeta::setTitle strips HTML tags but retains http-equiv= and url= tokens, allowing untrusted title data to inject redirect parameters into generated metadata. Exploitation requires a consuming Laravel or Lumen application to pass attacker-controlled title data and a user to load the resulting page; the redirect can send that user to an attacker-chosen site.
