Process crash via unchecked gmtime result

Null pointer dereference in MediaArea ZenLib 0.4.38 and earlier allows attackers to crash consuming processes via an epoch-seconds value. Ztring::Date_From_Seconds_1970_Local dereferences fields of the pointer returned by gmtime without first checking whether that pointer is null. A caller must pass a value that gmtime rejects on the host platform; the resulting dereference interrupts only the process using the library.
