Unauthorized state changes via unvalidated POST requests

Cross-site request forgery in sah-comp Bienlein allows remote attackers to submit state-changing requests through a victim's browser. The account, password-reset, login, and scaffold POST handlers accepted requests without generating and validating a per-session CSRF token; the patch adds hidden tokens and Model::validateCSRFToken checks. Successful exploitation requires user interaction and, for protected actions, a victim with an authenticated session; resulting changes are limited by that victim's permissions.
