Buffer over-read via oversized MP4 sample atoms

Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon video parsing allows remote attackers to access out-of-bounds memory through a crafted MP4 clip. The parser does not reject corrupted sample-atom values above MAX_UINT32 before using them, so an oversized value drives a read past the intended buffer. Network delivery to a component that parses the clip is required; public records do not identify the receiving service or a more specific consequence.
