Forced logout via disabled CSRF validation
Published Jun 3, 2022 · Updated Apr 15, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in Noumo EasyiiCMS allows remote attackers to terminate an authenticated user's session via /admin/sign/out. SignController disables CSRF validation for the controller, and actionOut accepts the forged request and calls Yii's logout operation without verifying request intent. A victim must be signed in and induced to load the crafted request; the resulting impact is limited to forced logout of that session.
