Stored XSS in Akeles Consulting Countdown Timer 1.7.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through a Confluence page. The Countdown Timer macro accepts script markup in its countdowndate parameter and persists the payload in rendered page content. An attacker needs permission to create or edit macro content, and execution occurs when another user visits the affected page, exposing that user's Confluence session context.
