Memory exposure via uninitialized read buffer

Memory exposure in acc_reader 2.0.0 and earlier allows attackers to read uninitialized buffer memory through read_up_to. The read_up_to method extends an internal vector with set_len before passing the new, uninitialized slice to a user-provided Read implementation. Exploitation requires consuming code to supply an attacker-controlled Read implementation; exposure is confined to the memory passed into that implementation, while invalid byte counts can trigger undefined behavior.
