Arbitrary file upload in Portable Ltd Playable 9.18 allows local users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted JPEG file. The upload module accepts the crafted file through its filename parameter without restricting a dangerous upload type. Local low-privilege access is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code with the application's privileges.
