Memory corruption via unsound RingBuffer thread sharing

Data race in the disrustor crate before 0.3.0 allows attackers to trigger undefined behavior through concurrent RingBuffer access. RingBuffer retrieves mutable references from DataProvider non-atomically and implements Send and Sync for every T, permitting aliased mutable references across threads. A consuming Rust program must expose concurrent access; successful triggering can corrupt memory or crash the process.
