Memory corruption via lifetime extension in arr!

Use-after-free in the Rust generic-array crate before 0.13.3 allows attackers to corrupt memory through the arr! macro. The macro silently coerces an input reference with an arbitrary lifetime to static, leaving the reference usable after its referent is freed. Exploitation requires a consuming Rust application to invoke arr! with a reference whose original lifetime ends, with likely consequences ranging from use-after-free to a crash.
