Memory corruption via unconditional Send and Sync

Data races in the Rust scottqueue crate 0.1.0 and earlier allow attackers to cause memory corruption through cross-thread queue use. The Queue type unconditionally declares Send and Sync for every T, permitting non-Send values to cross threads and non-Sync values to be accessed concurrently. When a consuming application places such a value in the queue and uses it across threads, the resulting undefined behavior can corrupt memory or crash the process.
