Memory corruption via missing Send type bounds

Memory corruption in signal-simple 0.1.1 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to move non-Send values across threads. SyncChannel implements Send and Sync without a T: Send bound, so send and recv transfer thread-unsafe values while safe Rust permits concurrent access. Exploitation requires a consuming program to pass a non-Send value through the channel; the resulting undefined behavior can corrupt memory or unlock a mutex on the wrong thread.
