Memory corruption via unbounded ArcGuard thread traits

Memory corruption in the async-coap crate 0.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger undefined behavior through ArcGuard. ArcGuard implements Send and Sync for RC without Send or Sync trait bounds, permitting non-thread-safe values to cross threads or be accessed concurrently. Exploitation requires an application path that places attacker-influenced non-thread-safe values in ArcGuard; the resulting data race can corrupt memory.
