Stored XSS in phpList 3.5.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The Bounce Rules editor stores the rule1 value and renders it in its preview without HTML entity encoding, allowing non-script-tag payloads to execute. Execution occurs only when a user views the saved preview and is confined to that browser user's session context.
