Browser script execution via parameter pollution

DOM XSS in Jira Server and Data Center allows remote attackers to inject HTML or JavaScript through issue navigation and search. Parameter pollution in that view causes attacker-controlled request values to reach the browser DOM, but Atlassian has not disclosed the affected function or exact unsafe DOM operation. Exploitation requires user interaction, after which attacker-supplied script executes in the Jira page context and can read or alter data accessible to that page.
