Process crash via unchecked neighboring coordinates

Out-of-bounds read in Leptonica before 1.80.0 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process through crafted image data. The findNextBorderPixel function in ccbord.c calculates neighboring pixel coordinates and reads from the backing bitmap without first rejecting coordinates outside its width and height. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled image data to reach a caller that traces connected-component borders; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, with no integrity or confidentiality impact in the published assessment.
