Authenticated file-version disclosure via predictable IDs

Information disclosure in ownCloud Server 10.0.9 through 10.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read every version of any file. The files_versions app submits predictable sequential file IDs to privileged APIs that return versions without enforcing file-level share restrictions. A victim must have shared at least one file with the attacker; successful requests expose versions of unshared files but do not alter them or interrupt service.
