Memory corruption via unchecked cross-thread type transfer

Memory-safety flaw in va-ts before 0.0.4 allows attackers to cause memory corruption by moving a non-Send value across threads. Demuxer unconditionally implements Send without requiring T: Send, so it defeats Rust's type-system restriction on transferring thread-unsafe values. Exploitation requires a consuming application to place such a value in Demuxer and move it between threads, resulting in a data race or an invalid cross-thread mutex unlock.
