Data race via unconditional Sync implementation

A thread-safety vulnerability in atomic-option 0.1.2 and earlier allows attackers to trigger data races via cross-thread use. AtomicOption unconditionally implements Sync, letting non-Sync values such as Rc or Arc<Cell> cross thread boundaries and permitting non-Send values such as MutexGuard to move between threads. Exploitation requires an application to share affected values across threads; resulting races can cause undefined behavior and service interruption.
