Memory corruption via unconstrained Send and Sync traits

A data race in may_queue 0.1.8 and earlier allows attackers to corrupt memory by sharing unsafe values across threads. The mpsc_list and mpsc_list_v1 Queue implementations declare Send and Sync without requiring their element type to be Send and Sync, allowing a non-Sync Cell to cross thread boundaries and race. Triggering the flaw requires a concurrent program that stores a non-Sync value in Queue; the demonstrated race can forge an invalid pointer and crash the process.
