Memory corruption via unsound Input Send implementation

Memory-safety flaw in eventio before 0.5.1 allows context-dependent attackers to trigger data races through cross-thread Input use. Input unconditionally implements Send without requiring its generic reader R to implement Send, allowing a non-Send object to cross a thread boundary. Exploitation requires consuming code to wrap a non-Send Read implementation and move the Input value across threads; concurrent access can corrupt memory or crash the process.
