Data race via unbounded Send and Sync

A data race in the gfwx Rust crate before 0.3.0 allows local users to trigger memory corruption via unsafely shared ImageChunkMut values. ImageChunkMut unconditionally implements Send and Sync without requiring T to satisfy those thread-safety bounds, allowing non-thread-safe data to cross thread boundaries and race. The issue requires local code execution using the crate and can produce undefined behavior, memory corruption, and potentially service interruption.
