Internal service access via unrestricted watcher URLs

SSRF in Kaspersky TinyCheck without commits 9fd360d and ea53de8 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP services. The watchers service reads attacker-modified URLs from the watchers/iocs list in config.yaml and issues HTTP GET requests without restricting the destination. Backend credentials are required to rewrite that list; the resulting request can cross network boundaries and invoke localhost-only frontend actions.
