Browser code injection via Media Viewer

Cross-site scripting in Media Viewer in QNAP QTS before 4.5.2.1566 and QuTS hero before h4.5.2.1638 allows remote attackers to inject code. QNAP identifies Media Viewer as the affected component, but public vendor and CNA records do not disclose which input is mishandled or how it reaches an HTML response. Successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code in a victim's browser context, but reaching the flaw requires the victim to interact with attacker-controlled content.
