Private issue disclosure via missing authorization checks
Published Jan 18, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Information disclosure in MantisBT Source Integration before 2.4.1 allows remote attackers to read private issue summaries. The plugin renders Summary fields for private issues attached to changesets on its view.php and list.php pages without enforcing issue visibility. Existing attachments expose summaries directly; linking an arbitrary issue ID first requires the configured Update threshold, which defaults to updater access.
