Stored XSS via unescaped submissions-table field output

Stored XSS in the submissions table in Ninja Forms before 3.4.28 allows remote attackers to inject script through crafted form fields. The submissions-table renderer outputs stored field values without context-appropriate escaping, causing HTML or script content to be interpreted by the browser. A site must retain the crafted submission and render it in the WordPress submissions view; the script then runs in the viewer's browser context.
