SYSTEM code execution via OpenSSL configuration hijacking

Privilege escalation in Veritas InfoScale and related Windows products allows local users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM at startup. At startup, the service loads an OpenSSL configuration from a predictable top-level path where a low-privileged user can place openssl.cnf and direct it to a malicious engine. The issue affects InfoScale and VIOM 7.0.0 through 7.4.2 and Storage Foundation and Storage Foundation HA through 6.1; execution grants administrator-level access.
