Encoder crash via uninitialized image cleanup

NULL pointer dereference in AOM 2.0.1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash aomenc by supplying input from which no frame is read. The CVE record names rate_hist.c, while the linked upstream fix initializes the aomenc image descriptor before cleanup so aom_img_free() does not receive indeterminate state. Exploitation requires a user or application to process attacker-controlled media, and the documented consequence is an encoder crash without data disclosure or modification.
