Encoder crash via unconverted I422 monochrome input

Global buffer overflow in AOM 2.0.1 allows context-dependent attackers to crash an encoder through crafted I422 video input. When color I422 input is encoded as monochrome, aomenc passes the original frame to aom_codec_encode instead of first converting it to I420, triggering an overflow during partition search. Exploitation requires an application or automated system to encode attacker-controlled input with monochrome output enabled; published advisories document service interruption rather than confirmed code execution.
