Authenticated code execution via unvalidated customer parameter
Published Apr 10, 2023 · Updated Feb 12, 2025
SQL injection in SourceCodester Tailor Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through an order form. orderadd.php inserts the POST customer value into an SQL query without validation or parameter binding, allowing injected SQL syntax to alter query execution. Access to the order-entry page requires authentication, and the published proof demonstrates time-based blind SQL injection against the back-end database.
