Path traversal in post-edit.php in MiniCMS 1.10 allows remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary PHP files via the state parameter. The handler concatenates state into ../mc-files/pages/index/.php and passes the resulting path to require without validating the resolved path. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires PHP before 5.3.4 with magic_quotes_gpc disabled so null-byte truncation can bypass the appended suffix.
