Stored script execution via unsanitized customer fields
Published Jan 27, 2021 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Stored XSS in BDTASK Multi-Store Inventory Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The Add Customer workflow stores unneutralized Customer Name, Address, and Business Address values and renders them as active page content. Super Administrator access is required to submit the payload, and a later view of the saved customer record triggers browser-context execution.
