Stored XSS in the Add Patient form in QDOCS Smart Hospital Management System 3.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script. The form stores unneutralized SVG event-handler input from six patient fields and renders it in the patient profile. Super Admin access is required to save the payload, and a user must view and interact with the affected profile to trigger browser-side execution.
