Database disclosure via unfiltered SQL condition

SQL injection in AppCMS 2.0.101 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive database information through download_frame.php. The endpoint passes the attacker-controlled now parameter through params['where'] into a database query without filtering it. Access requires an authenticated administrative session, and crafted Boolean conditions expose database contents through response behavior.
