Database credential disclosure via static encryption key

Credential exposure in Fiserv Prologue through 2020-12-16 allows attackers with appconfig.ini access to recover database passwords. Prologue encrypts the LogPassword value with a static key shared across installations, allowing the stored ciphertext to be decrypted offline. Configuration-file access is required; recovered credentials expose customer financial records and, where enabled, permit remote database login.
