Authenticated browser script execution via unencoded list name

Stored XSS in Rukovoditel 2.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary script in a victim's browser through Global Lists. Global Lists stores the Name parameter and renders it without sufficient output encoding, allowing event-handler HTML to execute. Exploitation requires login to create the entry and another user to view it; execution remains within the Rukovoditel web origin.
