Process crash via unchecked SVC configuration pointer

NULL pointer dereference in GPAC 0.8.0 and 1.0.1 allows local users to crash MP4Box by hinting a crafted H.264 file. In gf_hinter_track_finalize(), an absent SVC configuration leaves svcc null, but the code dereferences it to build an SDP profile-level-id. Execution requires a user or workflow to run MP4Box -hint on the file; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and process termination.
