Service interruption via undersized extradata allocation

Out-of-bounds write in FFmpeg 4.3.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt media processing through a crafted Vividas VIV file. The track_header function undercounts packed extradata by omitting metadata bytes and length-encoding overhead, then writes the packed data beyond the allocated buffer. Processing attacker-supplied VIV input is required, and the documented consequence is limited to a crash or service interruption rather than data disclosure or code execution.
