Stored XSS via unprotected settings update

Stored XSS in Softaculous PageLayer before 1.1.2 allows remote attackers to inject scripts through a forged settings request. The pagelayer_settings_page function accepts pl_gen_setting without a CSRF nonce and stores unsanitized address or telephone values rendered by widgets. An administrator must be induced to submit the request; the script then executes for visitors viewing an enabled widget or for an administrator adding it.
