Stored script execution via unneutralized Post title
Published Mar 10, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Stored XSS in Baby Care System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser via a Post title. The Edit Page tab accepts an HTML event-handler payload in the Post title, stores it with the post, and renders it without neutralization. A valid account is required to save the payload, and another authenticated user must view the stored post; script then runs in that user's browser context and can access session cookies.
