Script execution via unsanitized BrowseDirs.do parameter

Reflected XSS in Quest Policy Authority 8.1.2.200 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through a crafted link. BrowseDirs.do reflects the attacker-controlled title parameter into the page without sanitization or output encoding. The endpoint requires a valid session, and exploitation requires an authenticated user to follow the link; injected script can read or alter page data in that user's application context.
