Service interruption via malformed ICMP payload length

Out-of-bounds read in HCC NicheStack before 4.3 allows remote attackers to interrupt service with a malformed ICMP packet. The ICMP parser trusts an IP-header payload length smaller than the IP header and passes the resulting invalid length into checksum calculation, which reads beyond the packet buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is denial of service rather than code execution.
