Memory corruption via mismatched YCbCr strip dimensions

Heap-based buffer overflow in Pillow 6.0.0 through 8.0.1 allows context-dependent attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted YCbCr TIFF file. TiffDecode trusts dimensions interpreted differently by Pillow and LibTIFF's RGBA mode, allowing a four-byte write beyond its allocated strip buffer. Exploitation requires an application to decode the file with an affected LibTIFF configuration; the overwrite can crash the process or corrupt its memory.
