Authenticated file disclosure via unchecked CommonDownload identifier

IDOR in Endalia Selection Portal before 4.205.0 allows remote authenticated users to download private files belonging to other users. The CommonDownload handler accepts a caller-controlled identification number and returns the corresponding file without checking account ownership. Any registered account can enumerate identifiers and retrieve uploaded bank details or identity documents, with no reported ability to alter files.
