CVE-2020-35569

Browser script execution via crafted login cookie

Published Feb 16, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Self-XSS in MB CONNECT LINE mbCONNECT24 and mymbCONNECT24 2.6.2 and earlier allows attackers to execute script via a crafted login cookie. The login page renders attacker-controlled cookie content as active browser code instead of neutralizing it before insertion into the page. Exploitation requires user interaction with a locally crafted cookie and executes code only in that user's browser context.
