CVE-2020-35560Network attack vector

User redirection via unauthenticated redirect endpoint

Published Feb 16, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Open redirect in redirect.php in MB CONNECT LINE mbCONNECT24 and mymbCONNECT24 through 2.6.2 allows remote attackers to redirect users. The vendor identifies redirect.php as the affected locus but does not disclose which input selects the destination or how it bypasses validation. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted link, after which the trusted portal redirects the browser to an attacker-selected site, enabling phishing without compromising the server.
