CVE-2020-35557Network attack vector

Cross-account device-data disclosure via incomplete ACL validation

Published Feb 16, 2021 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Access-control flaw in mbCONNECT24, mymbCONNECT24, myREX24 and myREX24.virtual through 2.11.2 allows remote authenticated users to read device data. The vendor identifies incomplete access validation in non-default ACL setups but does not disclose the affected request handler or failed authorization operation. A valid account and non-default ACL configuration are required; the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized device-data disclosure.
