Information disclosure via uninitialized condition table

Uninitialized heap use in GNU Binutils before 2.34 allows context-dependent attackers to disclose process memory through crafted TIC4X input. The tic4x_print_cond function allocates a 32-entry pointer table with xmalloc but initializes only entries 0 through 20 before reading and printing a selected pointer. The libopcodes disassembler must process attacker-controlled TIC4X machine code, exposing stale heap contents through disassembly output.
