Stored XSS via unsanitized employee names

Cross-site scripting in Employee Performance Evaluation System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script via employee name fields. The Employees, First Name, and Last Name fields accept and render attacker-controlled markup without output encoding, creating persistent XSS. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to submit a record and a victim to view it; the script executes in the victim's browser session and can read or alter accessible data.
