Client-side script execution via unsanitized configuration fields
Published Jan 6, 2021 · Updated Jul 9, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Digisol DG-HR3400 firmware allows remote attackers to execute scripts through router configuration fields. The web interface stores the NTP Server value and URL Filter Keyword without server-side validation or client-side filtering, then renders injected script whenever the affected endpoint is opened. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a user to open the affected endpoint; the script runs in that user's browser context and can read or modify page content.
